Authorizing Work. You authorize iFixForU® to perform the work described above on the device identified, subject to these Terms. Data on Device. You are solely responsible for backing up, deleting, encrypting, or otherwise protecting your data. iFixForU® will not back up or restore data and is not responsible for any data lost or corrupted. iFixForU® 90-Day Limited Warranty. Repaired or replaced parts and components are warranted for 90 days, or for the remainder of the manufacturer's original warranty, whichever is longer. Warranty Exclusions. Warranty is VOID for: tampering or evidence of broken seal; physical damage including drops or impact; water or liquid damage; corrosion, heat, or moisture; misuse, abuse, or improper operation; modification by anyone other than iFixForU®; use of non-iFixForU® replacement parts. Refund Policy. A 15% restocking fee applies to all refund requests. Original receipt is required. Abandoned Property. Devices not picked up within 60 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned and disposed of per California Civil Code §1988. Authorization to Contact.
